AI Positioning & Organizational Strategy
“We can assist your organization with an Implementation Framework”
Artificial intelligence is in its infancy – this offers organizations opportunities to build their futures now. However, there are significant risks as organizations consider how to integrate AI at an enterprise level. Organizations which can effectively balance AI risks and opportunities are likely to share in the prosperity that AI will undoubtedly bring.
Gatsheni Advisory has chosen both a participatory and advisory role in AI. We are both investors in the AI ecosystem (storage and memory) and we advise on AI at an enterprise level. Unconventional as our approach may be, we believe that being an investor in AI has helped us to understand the “value-levers”, of AI, and this essentially determines whether any AI adoption will result in a leap in value moment. If there is no leap in value, we believe that AI adoption risks being yet another corporate project which cannot justify its spend.
In AI advisory, we have worked hand-in-hand with the Government Employee Pension Fund to develop its first ever Enterprise-wide AI Policy, which has now been approved by the Board. This policy is intended to carve out a responsible path to AI adoption and implementation, within the Defined Benefits Pensions Industry.
From an investments point of view, we designed an AI Fundamentals Portfolio, for Gatsheni Advisory’s Treasury Function – this portfolio has enabled Gatsheni Advisory to protect and grow wealth while at the same time building a world leading compliance risk management advisory business. The latter statement summarizes our thinking on the prosperity that AI will bring to entrepreneurial enterprises.
