Grandita (Proprietary) Limited is a privately owned investment firm. Gatsheni Advisory was responsible for developing its shareholding structure from inception, together with all the legal agreements to facilitate that structure.

In connection with the Central Energy Fund’s (CEF) proposed acquisition of a 10% stake in Tetra4 (Pty) Ltd (a subsidiary of the JSE Listed Renergen Limited), we negotiated and drafted both the shareholders agreement and the subscription for shares agreement.

We are a strategic compliance services provider to the National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight Logistics Industry (NBCRFLI). Under this mandate we have delivered compliance training and awareness to around 700 attendees by way of online platforms.

At present (2024) we are assisting the Media, Information and Communication Technologies Sector Education and Training Authority (MICT SETA) with its compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

In the year 2021, we became the first service provider in Dube Trade Port Corporation’s (DTPC) history to position that organization for the successful implementation and compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

We have designed and implemented the compliance programme for the Government Employee Pension Fund (GEPF) which is Africa’s biggest pension fund with R2.1 Trillion of assets under management.
