Grandita (Proprietary) Limited is a privately owned investment firm. Gatsheni Advisory was responsible for developing its shareholding structure from inception, together with all the legal agreements to facilitate that structure. The agreements developed were as follows:
- Memorandum of incorporation.
- Subscription for shares agreements.
- Shareholders Agreement.
- Investment Strategy.
Grandita now has a fully paid up property portfolio, a share investment portfolio which has an annual growth average of 10%, as well as a private debt business which is growing from strength to strength.
